Copyright & Trademark Notice

1.Ownership

The text, design, layout, graphics, logos, crest, animation, photographs and other content of www.50b.pro (the “Site”), and their selection and arrangement, are owned by 50B or used under licence, and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark and other laws.

2.50B trademarks

The names 50B and 50B Training Center, the 50B crest and logo, and the tagline “Carrying is a responsibility. Training is the commitment.” are trademarks of 50B. They may not be used in connection with any product or service that is not ours, or in any way that is likely to cause confusion or that disparages 50B, without our prior written permission.

3.Permitted use

You may view the Site and print or save a copy of a page for your own personal, non-commercial reference, provided you keep all copyright and other notices intact. Any other copying, reproduction, modification, distribution, public display or commercial use of the Site or its content, in whole or in part, requires our prior written permission.

4.Third-party marks and programmes

NRA, Women On Target, Refuse To Be A Victim and the names of NRA training courses are trademarks or registered trademarks of the National Rifle Association of America. NSSF and First Shots are trademarks or registered trademarks of the National Shooting Sports Foundation. All other trademarks are the property of their respective owners.

These names are used on the Site only to identify the programmes and certifications concerned. Their use does not mean that any of those organizations sponsors, endorses or is affiliated with 50B.

5.Licensed content

The introductory music on the Site is “Inception — Cinematic Background Music” by white_records, used under the Pixabay Content License. Other licensed material remains the property of its respective owners.

6.Reporting infringement

We respect the intellectual property of others. If you believe that material on the Site infringes your copyright, please send a notice to concierge@50b.pro that includes:

your physical or electronic signature;
identification of the copyrighted work you believe is infringed;
identification of the material on the Site you believe is infringing, with enough detail for us to locate it;
your name, address, telephone number and email address;
a statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent or the law; and
a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner’s behalf.

We will review notices promptly and remove or disable access to material where appropriate.
